Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent

Licensing: NCLEX examination cleared and RN License from the current country (Outside the US)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in the relevant department

Language Proficiency: English language proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET, or any other as per CGFNS)

Active Client Locations

Phase 1: Applying and Interviewing

Consultation: A Kupplin recruiter will reach out to the candidate to discuss their experience, qualifications, and state preferences.


Submission: The recruiter will create a profile for the candidate and submit it to the client for consideration.


Scheduling: Based on the client's preferences, interviews will be scheduled for the candidate.

Phase 2: Contract and Offer

Feedback: After completing the interviews, the client will provide feedback on the candidate's suitability.


Offer: If the candidate is selected, the client will extend an offer, including details about the location, department, and compensation.


Contract: The candidate will sign a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the collaboration, including immigration processes, compensation, and benefits.

Phase 3: H1B Visa Application

CGFNS Visa Screening: The candidate must undergo a visa screening process to verify their educational documents, professional experiences, and licenses.


H1B Visa Filling: Kupplin's attorney will file the H1B visa application. The processing time for a stamped visa is typically between 3-6 months.

Phase 4: Relocation and Accommodation

Relocation: Once the visa is stamped, the candidate can enter the United States.


Accommodation: Kupplin will assist in finding suitable accommodation near the client's location.

Phase 5: EB3 Visa

EB3 Visa Filling: After 90 days of entering the United States, Kupplin's attorney will file the EB3 visa application.


EB3 Approval: Due to potential retrogression, the EB3 visa may take time to process, but it is typically approved by the time the initial contract ends.

Phase 6: Direct Placement

Direct Hire: Upon receiving the EB3 visa, the candidate will be offered a direct hire position at the same facility with full-time employee benefits.
