Ahmed Moledina, CEO
Distinguished as a strong leader in the area of technology company financial management, Mr. Moledina has over 20 years of solid financial management, consulting and analysis experience, with particular focus in the area of high-tech start-up. Ahmed brings deep technical skills and expertise in the areas of software development, technical services, customer relationship management, vendor relations, business partner relations, cash management, credit management, and customer service, which further strengthened the significant foundation of seasoned business leadership and experience that he brought to Titan Solutions Group. Most recently he was a founder and principal of SOAL Technologies, LLC. an IBM Advanced Business Partner firm serving the custom software development, staffing and licensed software needs of Fortune 500 clients including AMD, Emerson, State of Texas and others.
He was co-founder and principal of Titan Solutions Group, Inc., a Beacon Award-winning IBM Premier Business Partner firm serving the custom software development, staffing and licensed software needs of Fortune 500 clients including: Federal Express (FDX), DR Horton, (DHI), American Express (AMEX), Progressive Insurance (PGR), Technical Olympic (TOUS), and others. At Titan, Ahmed developed and directed the strategy of the Licensed Software Division related to IBM, Microsoft, Kofax, etc. software and software services. Ahmed consistently motivated and drove Titan’s sales force and now SOAL Technologies’ sales force to exceed all Licensed Software Sales Goals set by vendors by over 300% for all previous years. He served on the IBM SMB Advisory Board as an advisor to IBM regarding its approach to the SMB market. Prior to Titan Solutions, Ahmed founded two other start-up technology companies and was Lead Technical Analyst for Lotus Development Corp/IBM. Ahmed holds numerous industry and technical certifications and is certified by IBM as a Solutions Advisor.
Ahmed holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from St. Edwards University.
Saira Malik, Director of Human Resources
Saira Malik is the Director of HR for SOAL Technologies. Saira works diligently to ensure her responsibilities are met with hard work and determination and exemplifies the work ethic that SOAL stands for. In addition, she strives to assure that all aspects of her work are met successfully, whether it be on a team or working individually. She manages her time effectively while dealing with a highly demanding workload, and always does so with a smile on her face. Saira is a medical doctor and has an MBA in healthcare administration, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in healthcare and a PHR in Human Resources. She has previously held positions such as Healthcare Management Consultant and Operations Manager. Saira's background includes 5 plus years of Business Operations, HR, Budgeting, Marketing, Risk Analysis, Healthcare, Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Medical Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Revenue Cycle Management experience. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In her free time, Saira enjoys Krav Maga, shooting and gym warrior and she loves swimming with her daughter.
Kelly Craig, Vice President of Business Development
Kelly Craig is the Vice President of Business Development at Soal Technologies and Kupplin Worldwide. Kelly has worked in healthcare for a span of over 25 years. She has held many positions in healthcare including operations, business development and project management. Kelly loves building new relationships and providing excellent service to new and existing clients.
Additionally, Kelly has experience in developing Ambulatory Surgery Centers and a surgical hospital. She focused on physician recruitment, implementing service lines, and forming physician partnerships. She successfully recruited qualified physicians and healthcare investors to syndicate physician-owned investment offerings of de novo projects and existing facilities.
Kelly’s spends time with her daughter when not working and loves watching college football in the fall. She also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her friends.
Jonathan Izquierdo, Business Development Manager
Jonathan started in account management a little over 6 years ago. He has an Associates Degree in Architecture and is a licensed insurance agent in Life/Health and accident insurance. He worked at American Income mostly working with unions. He began with door to door sales in insurance and worked his way to building an agency of 20+ agents.
Jonathan moved over to Business to Business once he saw a greater opportunity there. He partnered with Colonial Life and built an agency of 15+ agents as an Account executive. He built a book of business that included accounts such as the city of Long Beach, East LA, and Huntington Park. He was even admitted into the account for the state of California. Some of his key achievements include becoming #3 Supervising Agent in the country, with sales and recruitment at American Income Life in 2015, and receiving the Pacesetter Award in 2016 for meeting and exceeding sales goals at Colonial Life. Jonathan is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Cal-Poly Pomona.
Jonathan lives in Los Angeles, California with his six-year-old daughter. They can't wait to purchase a home in Long Beach because they thoroughly enjoy the beach. Jonathan is very much in touch with nature, loves the wilderness, and enjoys hiking. He also likes to travel a lot. Jonathan has a German Shepherd and a Siberian Husky, they travel with them everywhere. His favorite books include The Alchemist, Celestine Prophecy, The Good Earth, and 48 Laws of Power.
Robert Reyes, Business Development Manager
Robert Reyes has 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Robert began his career in healthcare as a recruiter and quickly transitioned into a leadership role for a mid-size healthcare staffing firm. Shortly thereafter he moved into a business development role, where he was instrumental in growing the top line revenue of the company by 70%.
Robert recently joined Kupplin Worldwide as a key player, spearheading their clinical division. Bringing a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership and grit, Robert is disrupting the industry. The sky is the limit for Robert as he continues on his journey to extend his success and his proven track record for company growth.
Robert was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is a father of two beautiful girls, a Yorkie, and a turtle. He now resides in Long Beach, California where he enjoys watching the sunset from his flat-screen TV.
Oliver Abad, Recruiter
Oliver Abad has been in the medical field for over 10 years, he's nuts about healthcare! Oliver is a compassionate and caring person who loves to help people in need. He enjoys spending time with his 8-year-old son and taking him to the mall, movies and anything else that will make his son fill with joy. In his spare time, he loves (really loves) watching Netflix with the family and hanging with the his friends. In between all this, Oliver still has time for his two cats- Diana & K who he of course adores, they are just like his kids. Oliver's favorite movie right now is END GAME and Coco. On Sundays, you can find him working with healthcare partners and watching his kids.
