Artificial Intelligence also known as AI can be a very controversial topic. But it is something that is developing at an alarming rate. This is affecting all of us in all areas of our life. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the emulation of human intellect in robots that have been trained to think and act like humans. The phrase may also refer to any machine that demonstrates human-like characteristics like learning and problem-solving.

Specifically in medicine it can be an advantage. For example, by enhancing clinical decision software, artificial intelligence has the potential to reduce the administrative load on practitioners. In addition, artificial intelligence in medicine can be useful in recognizing early diagnosis, increased speed, reduced cost, and possibly enhanced work.
